Bryan Dick, Vice President of Advanced Strategic Insight, oversees all Modeling, Simulation, and Exercise (MSE) Operations within the company.  He is responsible for multiple projects focusing on multi-domain, high fidelity, “Operator-in-the-loop” simulations at the Virtual Warfare Center, St. Louis, exploring current and future warfighting capabilities to inform Concepts of Employment (CONEMPS) and acquisitions for Combatant Commanders and Joint Staff.  He also oversees support to live-fly Joint Exercises, training our Services’ fighter pilot communities.  Mr. Dick was appointed as Vice President in 2023; prior to this role, he served as a Team Lead and Division lead within the MSE department.

Before joining ASI in 2021, Mr. Dick served as an Officer in the U.S. Air Force, filling multiple leadership roles at the squadron, group, and wing levels as an active duty and reserve member.  His last full-time assignment was as an F-22 Commander, 301st Fighter Squadron, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.  He led the Air Force Reserve Command’s only F-22 Formal Training Unit Squadron with its own T-38 Adversary Air support.  He is a command, instructor, and evaluator pilot with over 2,100 hours in the F-22 and F-15C.  He continues to serve part-time as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves.

Mr. Dick graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, with distinction; he also completed his MBA at Trident University International.  Mr. Dick currently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia with his wife, April, and their two children.

Shayne Yorton serves as Vice-President of All Domain Operations. In addition, he supports teams that are leading innovation in Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management; the Air Force ABMS Battle Lab; the Spectrum Warfare Wing; and teaches across the Services CJADC2 concepts.  Mr. Yorton's responsibilities include overseeing enterprise growth, strategy, global operations, business execution, and the development of next-generation capabilities, as well as providing world-class operational subject matter experts to our customers.

Mr. Yorton's previous roles in ASI included the All-Domain Operations Division Lead and team lead of the USAF's Chief Architect Office.  He has been instrumental in growing ASI’s role in developing technology and capabilities for the future force.  He has supported numerous service-level exercises and continues as a teacher of CJADC2 concepts to the joint warfighter.

Before joining ASI, Mr. Yorton served as an active-duty Air Force colonel leading the Combat Training Group at Nellis AFB.  Mr. Yorton’s background as an Air Battle Manager includes instructor and Deputy of Operations at the USAF's Weapons School; aircrew on the E-3 AWACS; multiple combat deployments with a Control and Reporting Center Squadron; and various staff assignments at NATO Headquarters and the Pentagon.

Mr. Yorton graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.  He earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University; a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College; and a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Studies from the USAF's Air War College.

Sherita Miller is responsible for the development and execution of all human resources strategies and processing payroll. In addition to her work at ASI, Mrs. Miller is actively involved in industry associations and networks, staying updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.

Mrs. Miller joined ASI after completing a fellowship with Hiring Our Heroes for Military Spouses in March 2022 as the Administrative Coordinator before being promoted to her current position. Before joining ASI, Mrs. Miller worked as a salary analyst for Cumberland County Schools' human resources department.

Mrs. Miller holds a degree in Business Administration and certifications in Small Business Management and Small Business Startup. She brings over 14 years of experience in the human resources and business administration field.
