Advanced Software Integration’s consultants understand that your system needs to be available while you are working, and downtime can be very costly to  your company.
We provide instant access to consultants via cell phone or pager. Additionally, we provide phone support on various Financial and Distribution Software for a fraction of the cost of maintaining support through your software vendor.

Our support staff are very knowledgeable. In most cases they can resolve complicated issues in short time span. Give response to your questions from past experience with the product rather then reading from queue card.

Our account executives will provide you with details on support options that are available through Advanced Software Integration.  

To Open a support incident submit a support request by:

Utilization of support form will expedite your request and our support staff will email or call you as soon as possible. to utilize our online support option you can visit our Online Support form. Softrax

ASI provides support on Softrax Operations, Financial, Contrax, Database, as well as installation and configuration via phone, online connection to server as well onsite.

 

Microsoft XP and Office Family Product Support. With this support option you will receive one incident of support. We will resolve the issue that was called for either via phone or online access to your computer.

 

Microsoft Server Family Support

Including support with Server 2003, Small Business Server, SQL Server. This option will cover one incident via phone or online connection to the server.

 

Crystal and Business Objects Products

Support for Installation, configuration, Usage and Report Creation in Crystal Reports, Crystal Report Server.

 

Microsoft Business Dynamic Products

Support will entitle you to one incident of support for Solomon 2.06, 2.54, 4.x, and 5.x, 6x as well as Dynamic SL 6.5. Support provided via phone or online connection to server. Onsite support option can be arranged through our sales staff.

Business Intelligence

Frx, Frx Forecaster, and all Crystal Reports products.
